When I asked my daughter to go outside to get my purse to find a coupon, the clerk said nothing in that coupon book will work. She was almost trying to NOT help. She never even thanked me for shopping and buying and she did not tell me to come back. In the past year or 2 I have noticed the quality and courtesy and professional sales staff that use to be at Bealls is no longer there. What has happened at this location in Burnet, Texas?? I am NOT happy with the changes."
