"The employees were talking to each other behind the register the entire time I was in the store (about 30 minutes) with the exception of seeing one in the restroom. One of them didn’t even stand up from her chair. One left as we were checking out. The other checked out our items, but talked the other employee more than to us while we were there. The sale prices were not clear. We had items that we believed to be 40% off, but were only 10% off. We did not feel that the “Huge Sale” was anything near huge."

"I can usually find some really good deals for everyone in the family but not this day. Denise was very helpful though. She noticed I was waiting in line, opened a new register and got me checked out quickly. She even had a coupon that I was not aware of for the item I was buying."

"I have always been happy with my shopping at Bealls. However recently with this store, the selection in kids is lacking quantity & quality. I was shopping for school clothes and there was absolutely no selection. This is very disappointed since this is the only clothing store in our town."

"I usually shop in Brenham Texas at the Palais Royal store. Was on the way to a family reunion and stopped at Bealls in Burton, Tx. Was pleasantly surprised at the shoe sale going on and found a lovely pair of sandals. Loved this store. Not quite so stuffed with merchandise as the Brenham store."
