"I feel bad telling about how unwelcomed and unhelped i felt today in your store. I told the young guy and young girl in front how bad i needed a product i bought here before, and they both said we are out. That was it! They both walked off talking again. I needed help several times and could not find anyone until i saw here checking out a long line. i asked a CUSTOMER if they seen any other employes and she told me in shoes. Now the older lady who checked me out in shoes was the nicest, caring, and actualy helpful. She offered to open here register to check me out. I was so upset about my shopping experience today and that is very rare! I enjoy spending money and buying things, but did not want to stay or spend any money because of how unwelcome i felt today!Thank you for allowing me to share this with you. Suzette West"

"Walked into the store, store seemed jammed back with stuff so it was hard to walk around, styles available were very dated, signage was confusing on what was on sale. Never greeted by an associate till it was time to check out. During checkout there was some confusion on the sales available because the store associates had left old signage up. When I explained what I thought the price was because of the old signage. Manager agreed and gave me the extra 5 dollar discount while another associate continued to argue that I shouldn’t get the extra discount cause the sign was old. Though frustrated I said okay but manager still honored the old sign.The manager understood that sometimes you need to give a customer the extra discount to keep them coming back instead of souring the customer to ever coming back to the store."
