"There was several items that were misplaced,the associates told me everything was in its correct place,the manager coouldnt even help for lack of knowledge... I was extremely, extremely dissatisfied......"

"I usually go to the same store. Noone ever greets me when I go in. There is uallu always boxes I'm guessing inventory in the aisles. Signage is confusing sometimes. Walking around looking, associates don't really acknowledge you. They are all us ally busy unloading freight I'm guessing. Which is weird since half the time they don't really have what I want so I have to drive 20 more minutes to a different bealls and not to my surprise they have exactly what I want. I like shopping at Bealls but the more convenient one isnt my favorite."

"I ususally have good customer service, this time the cashier was kind of rude to the people in front of us, so I headed out to another cashier, but seeing that the line at the other cashier I went back to the same cashier. I asked if this item was on clearance and before I even ended my sentence, she responded I don't know I don't work this department. then I asked if I could use this cupon and she responded, I don't know yet till I put it in the system, you need to ask 1st she had told the same thing to the customer before I us, I guess she was just having a bad day. or maybe that's her tone of voice, she was short with us as well as the people before us. Its ok she thanked us at the end, and I will continue to shop at this store . If I have to use the same cashier I will , maybe this time she wont be rude.. Im a strong believer in 2nd chances... we all have our bad days,"
