"The store is always nice to visit. The associate who check me out though was absolutely amazing. Miranda helped with coupons and she was one of the nicest customer service reps I have dealt with in a long time. Her upbeat and awesome attitude makes me want to go back to this store in the future. "The plus-size section was extremely dated and very unorganized. When looking for a particular pair of jeans I could not tell which section they were in or where I could look around for more. When I asked another associate before checking out, they pointed to the wall and said well they are right there. The wall was a disorganized mess which is why I asked the associate for assistance in the first place. At the time of check out the assistant manager was helping the associate as the associate did offer to see if the size I wanted could be ordered. The assistant manager was extremely rude and when I brought out my coupons I had, I wanted to use the 30% off one but she stated that I could not and I could only use the $10 off one. This was contradictory to the offer on the coupon. If I did not need the items I purchased right away I would have walked away right then. Currently I am still debating on just returning the items and telling those I know not to return to the store."

"I made 4 visits this past three weeks. On one I was not charged out for a purse I intended to buy while purchasing another one(on sale.) the ***istant manager helping me at the register said afterwards that it was a yes! product and not on sale after I was actually paying1 when I next came in to buy the purse, she left me at a register with I'll be right back; since she did not return within 5 minutes, I left the store without purchasing anything. A week later I returned to buy some clearance and sale items with the free $10 card from a mail-out card. (THANK YOU.)I shopped for about an hour finding some wonderful bargains, then checked out with another clerk present. That evening I returned to buy some dressy winter shoes, beautiful and a nice young gentleman checked me out in shoes."
