No big deal since I was given an additional 20% off shopping pass for that day, which I made two different trips to take advantage of the savings, but being an avid shopper with multiple merchant credit cards as well as being employed with a financial institution for over 30 years, I have always been notified via: mail of any credit card about to expire and/or have received a courtesy call or post card letting me know they miss me and to keep me updated on any sales and promotions going on. That's what keeps customers coming back and word of mouth traveling. But overall, the Bealls in DeSoto, TX now has a manager that cares about the customers and Smiles. He seems Happy to be there which makes me Happy to be there too!"
