"I was very angered by the behavior of your associates, one of which was Shabrielle. After they checked a customer out, they proceeded to talk about how dumb the customer was and how one of them had gone to high school with her and had called her dumb in class and she had overheard. Overall, they had an extremely insulting conversation involving a customer in ear shot of other customers. Not a very intelligent thing to do as far as I'm concerned. Shabrielle checked me out with attitude, most certainly unbeknownst to her. Before even trying my coupon, she said it may not work. It worked as it was a coupon for the exact type of merchandise I was purchasing. She seemed surprised it worked, and I said well it's for accessories, which was exactly what I was purchasing. She then asked me to choose which magazines I wanted. Are you kidding me? Not the best approach for a sales associate to take.Your associates need training on how to behave appropriately at their place of employment."

I'm older but like what you have to offer, although some brands recently have blouses with sleeves having lots of fluffy sleeves (especially the brand Hannah) which don't look good on an older person. But I've never left the Bealls store empty-handed!!"
