"First of all, Stage Stores (Bealls) does NOT make the clothing. Therefore the “quality” of the clothes is a discrepancy to be taken up with the actual brand — not the distributer. What did you expect from a brand of shirt that ranges from $9-$40? Haha! Plus coupons and sales more than likely make it WAY inexpensive. You are getting what you pay for! If you want higher quality clothes don’t reach for Rebecca Malone. Simple.
Secondly, the person who said they waited “5 months” to be helped in store shows signs of being written by a drama queen. I’m assuming by their blantant need to story tell the review lacks validity.
Lastly, waiting a week for shipping *gasps* blasphemy. LOL!! Girl, the website tells you it will take 7-10 BUSINESS days. Hint: if you waited a week — you got it on time.

Side note:
1. the associates DO NOT make the coupons. The exclusions on the back are that of the companies. They are just doing their job.
2. This Bealls does not carry Clinique or Estée Lauder. Only NYX brand of makeup and select perfumes/colognes.
3. Yes the Carson City store is closed and no none of the associates know why. If they do they probably are not allowed to tell you. So shut up about it already :)
4. This store is VERY small. There are not as many brands as there were in Carson. "

"The I believe store manage (she was on a conference call walking around the store) tried to keep the line moving and called us over to ring us up so we walked over and she walked away from us to help someone who wasn’t waiting in line we had to wait over 5 months for her to come back. I’m very unstaisfied as I had to get out of the other line that we could have already been out of the store by the time the other lady came back to Help. Also everytime my mom has coupons when she comes to this store she is never able to use them cuz of some small print bs. Maybe stop sending so many to get peoples hopes up?? Never coming back. "When ordering online for pickup at the store -- it takes too long. Tried it and it took over a week to arrive.On last visit, purchased three Rebecca Malone shirts. Absolute HORRIBLE QUALITY. Always wash clothes before I wear them, and these shirts gave off the terrible odor of formaldehyde, which is used to make clothes anti-wrinkle. My daughter washed the clothes six times, and finally purchased Fabreeze Odor Eliminator and washed them again two more times to get the final last bit of smell out. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED as the quality of Bealls clothes had always been excellent -- until now!"

"The store is always bright and clean. Associates greet you on the way in the door and ask you if you need any help while on the shopping floor. They shared that shoes, in particular, can be ordered and delivered to the store if the right size is not in stock. nice perk"

"This area of Nevada has a high retired population. If health concerns or disabilities it is very hard to not have any chairs to sit and rest a minute. a few should be close to check out for those who need to sit rather then stand. Ir would be great for many to have a few chairs through out the store, and clothing on lower floor shelves should be moved up for ease of viewing and location correct sizes."
