"I was exchanging some boots that i purchased at Bealls 30 miles away. I did not get the same boot and the original cashier told me i couldnt exchange. I asked for a manager. She came up and ask where i had gotten the shoe. I had receipt. She then proceeded to make a big deal out of it because this dtore was going to have to eat zeroing out the boots. When i purchased them for my daughter. They told me she could ciome back and exchange them. I di not know it would be a big deal."
