"I love shopping at your store because I enjoy looking around by myself and enjoy my time alone. However, checking out was terrible. I waited for over 25 minutes because the person ahead of me was returning something and there was a mix up and they didn't have any other cashiers available. I ended up waling around and looking at other things and then going back only to see the same lady there and other people in line getting frustrated and walking away. When they found someone to check out, people were told to go to another checkout. I was second in line, but the 3rd, 4th, and 5th customers in line behind me ran ahead of me. Personally, I think the cashier should come to the line and **** the customers to the other register in order. Finally, another register opened up and I went there, but someone got ahead of me. I had to wait another 5 minutes. I thought I would never get out of the store. I was very close to setting my purchases down and walking out. This is not the only time they have been slow to check me out. By the way, the reason I answered all the questions about asking associates for help or if they tried to help me, was because I never saw one on the floor. Yes, I did have questions, but I couldn't find anyone to help me. You seem to lack enough sales clerks and cashiers to run your store."
