"This store rewards you with reward cash for shopping there but then takes it away if you return an item. I purchased an air fryer because of the signs in the store stating there was a $20 rebate. When I took the item back because the rebate had expired two days before I bought the fryer, I only received the cash part of the purchase and not the reward cash that I had used making the purchase. Of course this is not right. I should have received the same amount of reward cash that I used in the purchase. When I didn't receive it, I asked to speak with a manager. Her very poor and ignorant excuse was I don't get it back because it was a gift."
