"This is TOOOOO long a survey. The Los Alamos store has great workers like Jeremy, Valerie, and Shania. But this survey is ridiculous .Valerie and Shania have gone out of their way to help difficult rude customers. They always have a smile and are courteous. Some customers-not so much. The LA store is small, Jermey does a great job with the limited space available for all the clothing etc.Again, the staff is very cordial and helpful. also, N/A should be an option on the questions. Reduce the questions to 20 at most!!"

"The store is very disorganized and crowded. The carpet and bathrooms are filthy. The dressing room doors don't latch - one is a curtain that doesn't cover the doorway. We have found a few good deals over the past several years, but it's not a store we want to visit regularly. Not kid friendly."

"As a disabled person who doesn't go shopping often - I did foundd it a bit difficult to move through the store with my portable oxygen concentrator. However, the store associates were friendly and helpful which encourages me to go back and shop there again.I do wish that the cosmetics/perfume counter was not at the front of the store since the chemicals aggravate my respiratory condition."

They do not know that they can look up items and price paid by using the store's credit card. They treat people like shoplifters and do this in front of other customers"
