"I wasn't happy. I was shopping with my mother in law (MIL) who is a little old Asian lady. She asked an employee for help finding a sandal. The employee went looking in the back and never came back and told her they couldn't find it (waited 30 min). Then at checkout we asked about the sandal and the cashier was annoyed that we didn't remember who we asked about the shoe. We had a register coupon for 40% off. The employee seemed annoyed we even had the coupon. We received more coupons after making our purchase and she said which coupons we got and my MIL asked if they started today and the cashier snootily said no. They start tomorrow. We walked out of the store and my MIL was asking me why the coupon only applied to one of the items we bought. I didn't know so we went back in. Before we even got to the registers to ask we received attitude from the same cashier asking what do you want now. She answered our questions with attitude. Valerie needs lessons is customer service."

"I didn't shop at Stage. I shopped at Bealls. Nobody offered help. I asked someone a question and she said, I wouldn't have any idea. We had many coupons and would have used them but were told we could only use one. However another customer came up with a handful and,from what I saw, was allowed to use them all. I was allowed to look through clothes for a lost earring, after the associate said someone else was going to put up the clothes and would shake them out. I said I would do it so I didn't have to wait and they were busy. She seemed concerned that I thought they wouldn't shake them out, which wasn't my concern at all. Also, store was organized but stuffed. Not real clean."
"Associates in Los Alamos, NM store did not know how to scan my gift card therefore I could not use it at the time of purchase. Very unhappy about that."
