"I was just a little disappointed this visit. There was only one register in the store that had someone working at it and there were quite a few of us in line on our lunch hours. Also, people kept coming by asking if there was another register to check out at and the cashier had to tell them no or there may be one in shoes."

"I was not greeted upon entry, store associates were on their phone not helping anyone, shoes were everywhere & very unorganized. Upon checkout, was not greeted only rudely said put your cell phone number in associates carried on their conversation during the rest of check out, then shoved my shoes toward me with still no acknowledgement. So I said Thank you have a good night! Still no response! Nothing! Another lady walking out with me says Yes they're not paying attention to anything but themselves, poor customer service! That's why I'm leaving too! Last time I came into apparel I only got ugly glares & nobody helped with anything. This was in February. I see things have not changed. Very unhappy and actually did not want to purchase the shoes I got but nobody had the ones I wanted beside this store and did not want to drive to Weatherford but I guess I should have."

"Racks are a little too close together, crowded and difficult to navigate through. It was a little messy, not dirty, just needed a lot of straightening up. And one of the associates was rather loud and yelling across the store to someone else (just not appropriate and professional behavior)"

"I visited Bealls, and enjoy not being bothered a lot while shopping. Can't stand being hoovered over. That will cause me to leave quicker. You need to have more teen choices. Not enough shorts approved by High School dress code. No holes and proper length."

"The Staff is always very nice and helpful. The store is clean except the dressing room floors seem to be messy so the clothes get dirty when trying them on. Not good!Also the rooms need fans or ventilation. It gets too hot in there and then I just give up on shopping. Thank you."
"Actually, the whole reason I'm taking the survey has to do with your Payback Rewards program and the offer of 3 magazines for 3 months free. Let's begin with Payback Rewards. I have tried AT LEAST 4 different times to get my name associated with my telephone number in your stores in both Abilene and Mineral Wells. Usually I give them my phone number and they ask me if I am a certain person or not. Invariably, I am not the person named though I have given my only phone number. This time I was not asked if I was a certain person or not. I got home, looked at my receipt, and it referred to a Brenda H., Platinum Member. I am Rebecca B., not Brenda H. NO ONE seems to be able to get this straightened out. it is VERY frustrating. And it makes me wonder if I am actually getting credited with all the points I should be or not. Also, I really dislike being asked every time I check out whether or not I want 3 magazines free for 3 months. (A) I do not go to your stores to purchase magazines, and (B) I am a grow woman who is perfectly capable of purchasing a magazine subscription should I want one. It tends to give your business a bit of a shady feeling. Stick to retail and leave the magazine stuff alone. It's a shame really. Your sales associates are nice, your products are decent, but the extras you offer (or the difficulty of dealing with them) make me want to avoid your store."
