"I should never have to seek out a cashier for 10 minutes. Go check every register in the store and not find anyone to check me out. Finally I raised my voice saying. Excuse can someone please check me out? I couldn't find a worker so I was hoping someone would over hear me."
"No one asked to help me, no one at register at check out. I called the store to tell them customers were waiting in shoes to check out.She was at makeup counter w/customer, never returned to shoes. Had to track down a clerk to check out. I had my new shoes on. My new New Balance shoes still had sensors attached that I had to take off to be removed instead of them coming around the counter to cut off. No one offered me a seat or to get me one. There was no seating for me to use to put shoes back on. I had to walk in my soxs to shoes to find a seat. When I was walking out of shoes to my car, the clerk that was to work in shoes after moving her to the main register, didn't say, thank you for shopping, sorry it took so long, please come back and I had to walk in front of her counter to leave the store. I heard one clerk pull the shoe clerk to the main register & she was going to work in shoes. I was told by the clerk that checked me out that their hours had been cut and there were on 2 clerks working at the time. Not my monkey, not my circus. Customers were lined up 5-6 deep at each register. It was hot and stuffy in the store."

After shopping I had to sit and wait for my ride and sat at makeup counter for over 5 minutes and no one even came to ask if I needed help with the makeup or even acknowledged that I was there."
