"I normally like going to bealls and have shopped there quite often but i am disappointed in how the discounts and coupons are applied due to store closing. Store signs all say the discounts applied for each product but when you get to the register they apply the coupons and payback rewards first then take the discount off. Which to me should be posted and viewed on signs so customers can understand. The discount should be applied first. Then any coupons and payback rewards. I feel like this is done to confuse most customers and not give them the proper discount that is posted!!!! Very angry!"

"fine, other than not being able to comfortably and thoroughly shop the infant clearance section due to what seemed to me a manager maybe and an employee basically gossiping about another employee and how she takes too long breaks and no one wants here there. They would not move out of the way and just stood there didnt acknowledge me and kept talking."

"I would've liked to have been greeted and helped while at the service desk, but the store manager simply walked away and was on her cell phone when I walked up, the only other associate to greet me was the associate in the shoe department which I felt the need to go there to check due to nobody at the service desk."
