It was great to be able to find a variety of clothing in my size even though it was the last day of the big sale for tax free shopping. "Great experience at this store always. I told the young lady Kristin I was needing new work shoes because my feet were hurting. She knew her product and took me right to the shoes I bought. She took it to as far as getting down on her knees to look for my size. She was great. It's hard to find great customer service like I receive in your rockport store every single time I shop there."

"I am mostly just impressed by the customer service. That is frequently the case, by the way, when I shop at the Rockport, TX, Bealls. The managers all seem pretty young at first sight, but they really do go above and beyond to help us, and direct their associates to do the same. You can tell the shopkeepers or salesgirls, whatever they may be called now, really rely upon their leadership. I have been especially impressed by the short, thin, Latina manager, whom I just know as Dora or Dory, and the young blonde (sort of wild looking) manager, Collin (or Calvin?), who I think is new, but already strikes me and my wife as kind of the man who runs things around there. And there is a nice, elderly woman, a former teacher, no less, who I think might be a manager?--she has worked there for years and years, and she seems so sweet working her register, greeting every customer the same."

Really why couldn't they just have what was advertise felt like false advertisement to just lure into the store."

"I love shopping at this location. I know it's more of a retired community but I'm not retired as well as others here. Would like to see a lot less grandma clothes if you know what I mean. I was told they order according to the city population which Rockport is guessing 85% elderly."
