She went above and beyond to suggest eye lashes for me and actually put them on for me. I would have never done this on my own. Now I feel like a new woman. Thank you so much"

"Great until I presented a signed MasterCard for the purchase. The clerk asked me for an ID. This was the first time in this store that I can recall that this has occurred. I checked with MasterCard - they said that if the customer presents a signed card, the merchant does NOT have the right to ask for an ID. Great store - too bad the ID thing has to sour it."

"Before Hurricane Harvey I had gotten to know most of the employees and was greeted with a smile everytime I shopped. The cosmetic counters are in the front as you walk in and the young lady working that area the day I shopped was only interested in her own face and never acknowledged me as I waited for her to help me. Consequently, I opted to not make the purchase of cosmetics that I had wanted to. Before the storm, I found the cosmetics employees extremely helpful. Since I usually make all my cosmetic purchases at the NAS Corpus Christi, I would have spent the extra cash to make a cosmetic purchase because of the hassle of driving to Corpus for it. But, I value my money and will not spend it if the experience is not friendly enough to warrant it."
