"I love your company cause I love this location. I know they are not all created equal. But the whole staff really leaves me with an impression that they’re working as hard as possible to improve their sections of the store and also maintain the cleanliness. Most of the time, if a kid so much as passes me on the tile floors they stop and see if I need any help. They give it an old college try to assist me themselves, and they talk on these radios to others in the store to answer questions they don’t know off the top of their heads. They want me to be happy when I am there. If they can’t give me what I want, they apologize several times and all that. I like your staff in Rockport!!!!"
