"The Bealls in Rockport, Texas has a very rude salesgirl named Victoria. You wouldn't even know she was an employee because she doesn't even wear a name tag or acknowledge customers. Victoria did not help me at all to find my purchases despite the fact that I was one of three people in the entire store. Customers were invisible to her. Items that were on sale were rung up at a different price and she didn't care to correct it. Items I placed on hold with her were put back on the shelves in less than 30 minutes with no apologies or reason but I was given a snide remark and smirk. Victoria also had a very condescending tone when I asked if items were eligible for an advertised online coupon. I have never received such a rude salesperson in my life and I most certainly will not be back to that store. I will discourage everyone I know not to shop there and drive to the Portland store where they know how to greet customers and give excellent customer service."
