"There are some associates that are not friendly and others that are extremely friendly. The staff that has been onsite for a long while are extremely friendly. Some new employees are really nice but not others. When doing a transaction if you request to separate the transaction it is an inconvenience to them and to use coupons, which I use coupons a lot."

"This trip I only needed to get a leather jacket. When I entered the store no one greeted me. I had trouble finding the leather jackets I saw online but then I found them. I knew where the fitting rooms were since I had bought things here before. Even when I went up to the checkout no one saw me. It took me to speak to them directly if this is where I check out to get their attention. It looked like they were wrapping presents or something. Only then was I greeted after I had finished shopping for what I needed."
