"Very good experience. The associates are very welcoming"

"I was not happy on this day. I was waiting at the register to pay, one employee completed a transaction with her customer and when it was my turn to check out, she didn't even acknowledge me, she turned to an employee that was behind the back counter looking in a big metal cabinet or vault.She told the other employee she was going to do something and she told her there was a customer at the counter that she needed to wait on. So I waited for her to finish what she was doing and come to the front register area to check out my purchase.Then I was not happy, because I picked up a shirt off the clearance rack that was priced on the tag for $10.80 but it rang up for $13.29.The employee was rude and argued about the price tag, she said they make human mistakes in pricing and I said I had to pay $13.29 so I went a took a second EXACT shirt off the rack.It also rang up incorrectly.At this time I was getting mad so another employee told her to price override the shirt.I was mistreated!!"

There is also signs of mildew on the floor drains at this location. It is very discouraging as I love their selections and people. PLEASE help this store get that fixed....I love my Bealls!"
