"When I asked for help in gettting an item I was told by an associate(with an accent) there's hook on the wall, I then went on to explain that I could not look up because it caused dizziness, she then told another associate to help to which this lady just passed me and said which one and I told her the back wall, she walked like it was out of her way and asked what size, I told her and she handed the item to me and just walked away. I had previously worked for Bealls for 15 years and we were taught to greet and assist your customers and not act like they are bothering you. I have never had this problem at the other area Bealls - only in Round Rock. Only Gloria at the front register was friendly. Better customer service might bring in more business instead of turning customers away"

"I was greeted when I walked in so kudos they did their job here. Was not offered any assistance couldn't find an associate to ask after that. When I decided on my purchase I waited in a 1 person line ( myself only) there were 2 people behind the counter talking working on reports, made eye contact but said nothing. Another associate came finally. I had 3 coupons. 50% off clearance , 20% off regular purchase and $10 off $10 purchase. Employee rudely tells me I can't use 20% and $10together. No big deal except the way she said it. My total is $24.something I have a 20% off coupon and $10.00 she then proceeds to tell me the 20% off is best for me. I inform her it is not. She decides to fight me about it. Even though she had already scanned the 20% off , showed the amount and scanned the $10 it override the 20% one and showed the total. Still fights me! I eventually get my $10 off and call it a day. Didn't open the credit card like I planned because never shopping at this location agai"
