"the cashier that I was waiting in line for had the first customers children behind the counter allowing them to bag up things she rang up....making my wait much much longer. Finally another cashier came and got me and took me to her register. WHen I complained about the other one, she told me that other one was a manger. Employees, especially managers, should not carry on like that."

"I purchased a blouse with instructions not to iron and to line dry. It was very creased from packing to the store. I washed it in cold water and dried it on a hanger. It shrunk so small that I could scarcely get it on, therefore I was returning it to the store. I had only paid $15 for a $48 blouse, because I had a coupon and a $10 birthday coupon. They cheerfully credited the amount to my account. Unfortunately, now I have wasted my $10 birthday coupon."
