"I LOVE going to this store! The sales associates here are now like family since the store is in the neighborhood not a mall. We all know each other! The people must love working there because they have been there a LONG TIME!! I have lived in this area 23 years and seems they have been here that long. They treat people so good! Even though there are larger Bealls around, I rather go here or order online. Love these girls!!!"

"I didn't feel like to come back to the store when Lori just handed me a receipt saying here's a receipt without saying thank you. It wasn't her first time.When another associate, I forgot her name, smiled at me when I picked up my online order, I felt like come back and buy something from her. I actually did buy when I saw her on my next visit even though I wasn't planning to buy anything.Saying Hi, Thank you, or just smiling make a big different to the customers' experience at the store.They don't cost any to the store and take only 2 seconds to say Thank you."

"I have shopped at a Bealls store for over 20 years and long ago decided it was my store. I very rarely shop for my clothes anywhere else. A ND when I receive compliments on what I wear I always point them to Bealls."

"Make sure that product has price tags because the blouse that I bought did not have one and the manager according to the manager she just could not find the product so did not want to make the sell so i went online and found the price and item number for her and then I guess she was upset because i was able to find the item and she was not so then she wanted to over charge me for the item because I told her that i was 57 years old and wanted my 57% off on the clearance item. Finally she gave it to me. The company should send an area manager to go visit that store so that they can see how many items are with no price and associates don’t know how to look for the price. And because of this reason the company is losing money on sales because some people just give up and walk away. Luckily, i did not do that and bought the blouse that I wanted."

"Went during some type of sale. Only two associates manning registers. I used my $10 off coupon only but several individuals in front of me were tying up the line asking questions on which coupons could be applied to items being purchased. Wish you would make this more straightforward to use coupons."
