"After shopping at Bealls and more recently at Palais Royal for 40 years, I know which brands fit and that my size is generally there--although I have increased 1-2 sizes, depending on brand. The quality has remained good and the price fair. I enjoy the sales, but if I need an article of clothing, the regular price is reasonable enough to buy. The sales staff have always been kind and helpful, even if they are new and don't everything about the store. Because of inconsistency in manufacturing, I have learned that I must try on each article of clothing, as two different colors of the same size and style may fit differently. Thus I do not shop for clothing online from any business. Bealls is a reasonably small store, so looking at all clothing in my style/size is possible without being overwhelming. I hate shopping; Bealls midsize stores and great sales staff make it pleasant."
