"Well I went to return a shirt. But found a good deal on some boot. So I bought them. But as I was shopping my son found a toy that he liked I wasnt sure if I was going to buy it yet so he was holding it I check the lady ask are you going to buy the toy I said Im not sure said well can I have it so that u son doesnt waste the batteries I told well it says try me and she said well we have to sell that to other costmers. Very rude it made me not want to buy anything from store. If it wasnt for my kid I would have never even looked at it. But I still bought it and I told her not to bag it and she said i must bag it or they will think u stole it. Why would theu think that if i have a receipt for it. This is not the first time shes been rude, Im just tired of her having a nasty atitude. I would want peolpe like repersenting my store."

"One register open to checkout. A 2nd associate was tidying up and saw the line but continued to clean until she was paged to go to register. She asked the lady in front of me if she had coupons. She didn't ask me, even though I did. She didn't honor it. She scanned HER coupon and said it was good for 1 item, even though MY coupon said 20% off purchase. I thought I misread coupon but I didn't. It was a back to school coupon for 20% off purchase, not 1 item. I will be returning my entire purchase. Also, asked me to type in my phone number but didn't explain why. After reading receipt, it's pretty much for spam calls. But of course, she managed to ask if I wanted to open an account and receive 20% off. I declined since I had a coupon. I'm sure that's why she didn't honor it. I shopped there years ago and had same bad service. Decided to try again but hasn't changed. A friend also had bad service when she asked to smell a perfume and she was told she couldn't afford it. She was discriminated because she was a 'minority'. Little did they know she is a doctor and spends a lot of money there."
