The only negative to my recent shopping experience at Beall's was that there were not shopping carts available. I understand that the reason the store does not provide them anymore is because of theft. However, I really appreciated having the shopping carts to put clothing in that I wanted to try on. Having to carry multiple items around while shopping is not consumer friendly. Why not adapt a program like the grocery chain, Aldi has in place? Have your customer put a deposit down on using the carts. The legitimate customer will not mind because they know that the money will be returned when the cart is returned at checkout. That way you are providing shopping carts for your faithful shoppers without penalizing them."

I have tried other stores and could not find what I was looking for. Cynthia helped me find a jacket but the price was way too much for what I was looking to spend. She helped me find a coupon to lower the cost so that I can get the jacket. I can't thank her enough. It was because of her I was able to look professional and stylish for my business meeting.
