"Nobody greeted me or ask if I needed help with anything. However, I easily found what I was looking for. The associate that checked me out was not friendly or helpful. I ask her if she could check another store for a swimsuit I liked but didn't have my size and she said I think so, but didn't offer to check for me. She didn't smile or talk to me. I think she needs more training in customer service. Maybe she was just having a bad day."
"With the exception of the lady at the fragrance area, there was nobody around to help when I had a question in the jewelry area. I had the same problem the last time I came in - I had to wander around the store looking for help. The store is very nice, but it can be frustrating to shop there. Also, when the clearance jewelry was advertised at $4.99, some things marked with a clearance tag rang up at $7.99. I just left those things on the counter, but I thought it was unfair that they wouldn't let them go for $4.99 even though they were clearance items like the others. All in all, I think the store just needs a little better management. It's not awful, but it could be a lot better."
"I had a great time looking throughout the store for an outfit for the 4th of July! I also was able to find hand towels for my kitchen that I have yet to find else where. My cashier Victoria was very sweet and helpful with the questions I had. Overall I was very pleased with this visit!"

"The manager Trixie was our cashier & was not friendly at all!! I understand the store was closing but the remarks she was making were not appropriate right in front of the customers! She complained that everyone coming in was using the “damn” coupons & wanting to do separate purchases. Then she berated a fellow manager for “acting like the customers” when she made her purchase. Sorry Trixie, but without us customers you wouldn’t have a job. Time for Trixie to move on!"
