"I drove from Temple Texas to Taylor Texas because I had received a coupon and had received an email aout a sale going on. When I got to the store, I was disappointed to find prices were quite high, signs about 40 and 50 % off were misleading. Household items were limited. When I got to the register, I experienced the worst experience ever in my atempts to make my purchase. The lady greeted me by saying I needed to go to another ine as she waas getting ready to go to supper . There was no sign posted, and I had waited quite a while. I walked away to the other register, and as I walked away, someone else came up to the register where I left and was waited on. I waited over 30 mintues to be checked out, and almost left. When I asked why the other lady got checked out, I was told because she knew her.....very poor customer service!"

"I love this store we’re I live is small town and the store is close to my home.But today was a bad experience I waited to get checked out nobody in the register. The tag that my son shirt was going to buy had a stain not only that the lady said if you wash the shirt it will come out not only that at the end My son was looking for another shirt and I was waiting for him in the register and I glacé and see that the store associates were following him like if he wasn’t going to buy something I I told the lady what’s the problem He found the shirt so I go back to the register and I was waiting to get checked out then the store associate #001242999 comes to the register which I was already there and she told me she was going to check out another customer I was already there and I only had one shirt and she decided to help the other customer out . I was upset and left that shirt and didn’t buy it I only purchase my other son shirt .Please let this not happen to someone else or to me agai"
