"This was my very first visit to Bealls. I initially came in the store to pay my sister's Bealls bill. While there I started to look at some of the jewelry. I encountered 2 Associates while in the store. One of them, Susan, was very helpful, courteous & accommodating. She answered all my questions, was polite and did not make me feel rushed or annoying. She even offered to give an additional 15% off my purchase if I opened a new store credit card. She was patient with me as I asked questions. I regret that I cannot say the same for the other young lady who was also in the store at the same time as Susan. I didn't get this other young lady's name, but I do remember that she was not as polite as Susan. I asked this young lady if there was another one of the bracelets I wanted to buy & she replied by pointing in the general area of where I could go to look for myself, saying 'you can go check over there'. I then asked if that meant I had to look for myself, stating that my back was hurting from standing so long - she replied 'yes'. I am shocked that in a store where I was the only customer at the time, that this young lady would not offer to help me, and that even after my statement that my back was hurting she still refused to help. I went & looked for myself, not even sure if I was in the right area & confirmed with her this was the only place to look. To me this is not good customer service at all."

"I normally shop at the kaufman bealls at least once a week. They have excellent associates. Ive gotten to know them & they me. I just happned to be going yhru seagoville & thought id stop. Assoc there were friendly as well. There were 2 assoc this day who were very friendly."
