"We are very pleased with the prompt delivery and love the comfortable mattresses. It sleeps cool; not hot like some of the memory foam mattresses.
I would suggest that due to the weight of the mattress, you use a couple shipping straps. Our mattress arrived with the box split half way up the side of the box that is stapled. The box continued to open as we were taking it to the bedroom. Other than that one little hitch, we couldn't be more pleased. We also liked the ease of putting the frame together. Karon Mansfield"

"I received my bed in box very quickly , I ordered the standard king size. I was able to get it up a very steep set of stairs to my loft bedroom at 51 years old! I watched the youtube video a couple times , which I highly recommend if you are going to set up yourself. Ten minutes later, I was lying on the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! I highly recommend this mattress! I have been sleeping 8+ hours a night! "
"The mattress itself arrived in 4 days, a lot sooner than I expected. One of the mattress covers I ordered came from a different company and arrived a few days later. While I think a firmer mattress would have been better for both my spouse and I, both of us are satisfied with the mattress we ordered. It is nice being able to finally sleep on my back or in any other position I want to without waking up with an aching back. "
