"The mattress arrived a few days before the platform bed frame, so we felt like a kid waiting for Christmas. We sat and stared at the mattress in the box and wondered how a king size bed could really be in that box. We had watched the videos but truly.... seeing is believing.

After assembling the platform bed frame we finally.... giggling like children, got to pull the mattress out of the box and watch the magic. After cutting the plastic off, it literally happens so fast, tiny flat thing turns into a king size mattress.

We did the research but there is still a little inner part that has doubts..... My doubts are gone. The mattress is so comfortable. We purchased the PacBamboo knowing we wanted something firm. It's firm but not at all too firm. I have a feeling tonight will be the best night of sleep I've had in a very long time.

I Did an incredible amount of research on beds. Everything from laying on them in-store to reading reviews from every manufacturer imaginable. Bed-in-a-box offered me the best product for my money and i am extremely happy with it so far. Just unbox, break the seal and let it expand. It really is that simple. The only advice i have is to make sure you have help moving it if it is a large size (king, Cal King). It took a little effort for me to maneuver it by myself. Just go with your instinct and the hundreds of other reviews about this bed! You won't regret it!"

"It's a good idea to deliver these matterresses in a box via FedEx or UPS. However, these are very heavy boxes and is not a one person job to move it around. I had to help my UPS delivery guy to get the mattress out of his truck. Then, I was not able to take it to upper level in my bedroom by myself. The company should provide white glove delivery service."

"Fast shipment in TN. Even with a snowstorm. Foundation was easy to assemble. Still only a few nights slept on the new pacbamboo but so far I love it. This is my first memory foam bed so the heat retention of the mattress is noticeable but not a deal breaker. Would recommend bed in a box to a friend. "
