"i purchased bed in a box i have had two major back surgeries due to domestic violence marriage i was in . i use to sleep only 3 to 4 hours a night on spring mattress and would waken multitudes of times a night due to pain radiating around from my back into my hips and into my lower pelvic its was excruciating lived like this from 2004 till now and i seen bed in a box just looking for a memory foam mattress and i did a lot of reading and reviews on it and i told my hubby lets do this lets give it a try needless to say i am now sleeping 6 to 7 hours a night and its uninterrupted sleep i go to sleep wake up and i have no pain at all it use to take me hours after waking to get up and be able to start my day not no more i am jumping out of bed except for my scar on my back you wouldn't know i had any problem now with my back i can function all day and pain just isn't there and my hubby is a more pleasant person now he gets the right kind of sleep on this mattress like he said it wasn't just a god send for me but him also i would recommend this to everyone it definitely has helped me and thank you bed in a box and god bless "

"I purchased a mattress (Pacbed Original Gel) and frame (Contemporary Platform Bed in black) from BedinaBox, and while I am very happy with the mattress, I am really disappointed with the bedframe.

The instructions for the bedframe were clear, but upon putting it together, I found that the order in which I was told to put together the wooden slats was not conducive to making them fit well. I had to take them out again and lay them flat in a different order because it turned out that my wooden slats were different sizes (not straight and also of different lengths). As a result, the molding on the front of my bed doesn't lay perfectly on the wooden boards and it caused some drilling of the screws into the molding (not desired). Also, I found that an extra wooden part had been shipped to me that was not mentioned in the instructions at all, so I am confused as to what it is for and if I should throw it away or keep it.

Overall, a good buy for the mattress, but you are better off getting your bedframe/platform from somewhere else. It will probably be easier to put together and much lighter as well. "

"Bed came very quickly and shipped in a timely manner. The bed I got was their PacBed Original™ GEL Memory Foam Mattress and I also ordered the Terry Cloth Water Proof Cover.

The bed is VERY firm to begin with and will slowly over a week or two soften JUST enough for people who like firm beds and side sleeping to do so comfortably.

Back sleepers and chest sleepers who like firm mattresses will find this to be PERFECT for them.

The first week for me side sleeping was just not easy as the bed didn't sink enough to offer full support BUT if that makes you worried you can just put a small egg crate style foam piece under your sheets and that coupled with the mattress should help a lot until it softens enough for you. Should that still be to firm Bed In A Box has a 120 day no question return that I'd use to get the pillow top gel mattress that should be more than perfect for side sleepers to start off with.

TL;DR: Mattress starts really firm but softens after a week or two and may bother side sleepers but not back/chest sleepers. If worried about this go for the pillow top.

As for the Terry Cloth Water Proof Cover it seems excellent. Nice and soft and does not stop or hinder the memory foam from forming to your body real well.

The mattress is quite comfortable. The wood foundation...I just wish the company had been more clear that the foundation needed to fit INTO a frame that had a lip to hold the foundation inside it. I put the foundation onto a frame without a lip. I sat on the foundation to check its stability. It slide right off the frame and it cracked. I had even called the company to check on the frame requirements and the need to anchor the foundation was never mentioned."

"A queen in a bag is heavier than I planned but I'm
70. So, my 6ft grandson came to help take it upstairs.
We set up the folding plateform, easy. then started
unwrapping the layers of plastic wrap. Then it was the
last layer. He got a pair of scissors to slice it down the
