"The bed did not deliver on time which I know is not the supplier's fault, however on e it shipped, it appeared that nobody wanted to be bothered with following up with the carrier.
The Platform kit arrived at 11 PM, and the mattress arrived a day later at 8:30 PM in a beat up box that was so rounded the Fed Ex driver could not deliver it. When the mattress box arrived, It had no shape - would not stay on a hand truck, so I had to go out and help carry the "blob" of cardboard into my house... Once in, everything went very well.
I did not expect the platform to be a box of wood and hardware. But I figured it out and assembled it. The shopping site should show the box of wood so that it is obvious that the recipient will have a project when it arrives. So far the mattress sleeps well, so I like the product. "
