"purchase was easy...customer representative was helpful and easily accessible...love ur return/replacement policy, the best in the market..gives an assurance if the mattress is not right, there is an option for customers....you can have a better financing policy, most stores provide 0% for 12 months, but urs one charged 9%..that was way too high..

the product was shipped quickly but took some time to reach...understand its UPS, so u may want to negotiate with them. The mattress was lying in the ups warehouse in my city for 2 days, before my home.
The package was completely torn away...thank god the mattress was undamaged.
