"I bought a pair of urBeats in ear headphones after seeing it on Brads Deals. Within a month the in-line remote fell apart. Since it was past the return window at Behearty I sent them in to Apple for a repair. Apple returned them to me letting me know they are fake. I contacted Behearty and asked for a refund. They claimed that they are NOT fake but simply made in an overseas factory. However I tend to believe Apple knows their own product. So now I am stuck with a pair of broken fake urBeats headphones that I paid nearly $50 for. Behearty has not responded to any further requests for return or replacement. "

"They sell FAKE product. Bought a Powerbeats 2 Wireless In-Ear Headphone in Black back in 12/24/15 and received it on 1/7/16. Product failed after little use right passed the 3 month return period. So I sent it in to Apple for warranty repair. However, Apple denied the warranty saying the earphone I bought is not an authentic Beat product. Writing to Behearty.com customer service has been a terrible experience. Each e-mail took more than a week to get a reply and that's after I sent a follow up e-mail. I keep on getting excuses saying the manager was out of the office or the manager has not tell the customer service what to do. They asked me if I want to return the item and then backtrack saying that it's over the 3 month return period...... I have been buying stuff on line from different websites for a long time and they are the worse one that I have dealt with......."
