My wireless adapter was always horribly intermittent. Even when it worked, on a 30mbs connection, I was lucky to get 4mbs consistently. Now I'm at a very consistent 20+mbs and I actually have the box to my computer routed through a surge protector (APC brand), which is supposed to slow it down.

Best $150 I've spent since I got my comp. It can be gotten for a bit less (see below), but I was watching my bald spot grow as my connection just got worse and worse, so I just ran out and grabbed the last one in stock. When they say set-up is a snap, that was an understatement. Under 5 min., including un-boxing and resetting the 128 bit encryption was all it took.

One of the units burned out in about 9 months of heavy use. Bought another set for a reduced $100, now I have a spare. Still worth it if I go though about $50 a year or so. Might even keep my eye on Amazon to see if they get even cheaper... and I'll grab yet another set."

" While still under warranty, our Belkin KVM stopped working properly so they sent us a replacement. To get the replacement before they received our faulty KVM, they put a $1000 hold on our credit and shipped the new one immediately. The new one works great. So far everything is going well.
Nine days later they received our faulty KVM (I have the UPS confirmation). As of the second week of March (144 days later!) we still have not gotten our credit released. I have called them several times and keep getting the same story. "I'll tell my supervisor and we'll take care of it." If at all possible, I will not do business with them again."

"Terriable communication, almost none at all.
After making the order and paying for overnite shipping, the order had not shipped because they needed me to call and verify my shipping address. The problem is, that I was never told that I needed to verify my address. I guess I was supposed to read their minds. After a few emails back and forth, (about 1 week after my order) I was told that the item was out of stock and would not ship utill mid July anyway! What a joke! They really need toimprove the website to include item in stock numbers.

I cancled my order and ordered from NewEgg.com."

"I bought a Belkin f5d6231-4 router from PC Connection with a promise of free after rebate from Belkin. It took a week to receive the product and the rebate form said it had to be sent in 15 days. I kept trying to get this piece of crap router to work wireless before I sent in rebate. Since I never did get this thing to work I was late sending in this rebate. these guys are CROOKS that give short rebate times for crappy equiptment that won't work
I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau on 5/25 since I got no response from Belkin. They have a D rating on BBB. Wish I had know that earlier. Just spread the Word about this lousy co."

"I ordered a product from Belkin Corp. I also specified next day delivery (and was charged for it) as well.

Next day delivery became 2nd day deliver due to the shipper's (UPS) fault.

I contacted Belkin to get the shipping charges for next day delivery refunded from UPS. They state that I (the receiver) have to file a claim with UPS. This does not seem correct to me. UPS states that the SHIPPER (Belkin) must file the claim.

I suspect Belkin is just B-Sing me and does not want to deal with the problem. I'll let my credit card company deal with it."

"Like the two previous reviewers, I ordered refurbished parts from Belkin at awesome prices -PCI network cards, PCMCIA network cards, PCI USB 2.0 cards, and a Bluetooth adapter. Order processing was a little slow but the prices were amazing. And everything worked!

Unfortunately, Belkin does not have a lot of items in their refurbished area anymore... and the prices don't seem as good either. It was good while it lasted"

Fast shipping and great communication through email. I have never had to return anything so I am not sure how the technical support would be but they are a great place if you don't mind buying refurb parts."

"I am very pleased with this order. I ordered a couple of bluetooth adapters from their refurbished dept. with a 50% coupon for really cheap. But for some reason that their customer service told me (which I didn't understand clearly why, but who cares) they shipped me new ones, so brand new items for 50% of the price of a refurbished item? "Placed order and never heard from them again. E-mailed them 4 times over the course of 10 days before they finally called. The person called, then we tried to return their call. They went out of town for two weeks. Somebody else said they would send my order but they would have to send it from a different location and it was closed. So, I guess it's tough luck and we'll see if our UPS ever gets hear. I've used several Belkin UPS's and sold some. Never again. I guess if you aren't a big purchaser then forget it. It's now late into the thirteenth day. Shame on them.


Now here it is a couple of days later. We called and got the run around again. We received a notice stating it could be several weeks before our product shipped. They could care less. I think if I were to push the matter further it would strain them too hard or make them cry. I will never purchase belkin ups's again which may not seem like much to them, however over the course of a few years could end up being several thousand dollars worth."
