"Unfortunately I had to return the sconce I ordered. I was misinformed by the electrician about the number of sconces I needed. The one I received fro0m Bellacor was one too many. When I called to see about the return a very nice woman was extremely helpful, sent me a UPS form to put on the package and instructed me how to send it back. Our mistake was corrected. I will certainly recommend Bellacor to friends."
"Finding and ordering what I was looking for was fast and easy. Received order confirmation of my 3 items and then again a shipping confirmation for all 3 items. All with same tracking info. I received 2 boxes, labeled 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. Got online and checking tracking on 3rd item and it also showed delivered. I called customer service and 2rd item had actually been shipped out separately, with a different tracking number. I never received the tracking number on 3rd item. But a couple days later, that item arrived as well. So, although tracking/delivery was confusing, I did receive everything that I ordered and is above my expectations. Would recommend! "
" I ordered two matching chandeliers that were supposed to ship in 1 to 2 days. Five days later they informed me that one of the chandeliers is out of stock. It's now almost 10 days and I still have received nothing. I am getting a dining room chandelier that won't match my dinette chandelier because it's out of stock. Haven't even received my toilet paper dispenser. Not a very good experience. :-("
"Good product selection with competitive pricing. Some of the descriptions are a bit lacking or misleading and the website isn't the easiest to navigate (but not as difficult as others!). Good customer service. I do recommend Bellacor to my customers. Always get items ordered is a timely manner, and am always notified if something is on backorder or going to be later than expected."

"I ordered several items from Bellacor including one piece of furniture. It seemed slow to be shipped, but I did finally get a call about setting a time for delivery. It turns out that Bellacor sent a headboard instead of the foyer cabinet I ordered. I refused the shipment and then called Bellacor. They recognized their error, but were not the least bit apologetic. But more importantly they were in absolutely no rush to get the proper item shipped out. I got the standard "it takes 4 to 5 days" to get the proper item shipped. I asked that it be expedited since they made an error in shipping the wrong item, and the best they could do was to vaguely state they would try to to get it shipped quicker than their standard 4 to 5 business days. But clearly no promises, or any eagerness to make their mistake right with me. As I sit here now I still have no idea when the proper item will be shipped. They just aren't that concerned, and clearly in no hurry to make this right. I'm unimpressed in my first experience with Bellacor."

"I ordered a console table and when it was delivered, one of the drawers was broken. I proceeded to call and they told me they would call the following day. My first call was Tuesday 8/1. I called Wednesday & again Friday with no resolve. On Friday I was told the person handling my order would be in on Saturday & would call me back. I called Saturday and was told person wasn't in until Monday. I am beyond frustrated as I have a broken piece of furniture in it's rather large box in the middle of my hallway. If I could rate with a negative star, I would. This is my first purchase with Bellacor & may well be my last!"

"I ordered a weathered iron, found under bronze search, 4 light bath fixture. U received a black/silver light. I immediately called to exchange for correct color. Marissa, the extremely rude unprofessional representative told me I received the correct light. When I disagreed she hung up. I called to speak with a supervisor and conveniently was told none available. My only option, return at my expense! My only option is to dispute with credit card. Ordered from Lamps Plus as well as Overstock both had GREAT customer service and outstanding products. Will tell everyone of this experience. HORRIBLE "
"I'm looking for a specific wallpaper. I read the descriptions carefully because the pictures of the wallpaper were very difficult to see and I couldn't zoom in. I ordered samples because I couldn't tell for sure what they looked like and the description was similar to what I'm looking for. The samples arrived and I was very dissatisfied."
"I ordered 7 valances. When I received weeks later, they were the wrong color. I called. They asked for pictures of items, and pictures of every label on box and invoice. I emailed them the pictures, and called to make sure they did infact receive the requested pictures, they did. They said they would send to manufacturer and they would send me a prepaid label to send them back. It's been almost a week, and I have heard nothing more......I needed them for an open house..... I was so sad that they were the wrong color! I'm hoping they get it corrected sooner than later!"
