Be prepared to wait for Bellacor to fix their own shipment error!

"I ordered six lighting fixtures and received one wrong item (wrong color shipped). During my contact with customer service to resolve the issue, I was told that I would receive an email in 3-5 business days instructing me how to return the incorrect item. However, I was also told that Bellacor will not re-order the correct item until they send me that particular email. Essentially, Bellacor makes a mistake and the customer is inconvenienced further by this completely ridiculous re-order process and protracted timeline. I now have to pay the electrician for another trip fee to come out and install this last fixture and I have an extended delay in completing my project - all as a result of Bellacor's error. Not a great first experience with Bellacor!"

Still waiting for delivery...

"I wish I could give a higher rating but I'm still waiting for delivery, even though I've received 4 calls from the delivery agent saying "next few days". Very frustrating."

Chairs great, deceptive advertising, poor customer service

"I'm happy with the chairs I purchased, however I'm not at all happy with what I consider deceptive advertising. The chairs are advertised as a pair and it states they must be purchased as a pair. So it seems reasonable that the price listed would be for the 2 chairs. Someone even asked the "question" on the website and the answer from Bellacor Customer Care was : "Yes, the price is listed for Set of 2 chairs. By ordering 2 quantity, you will get 4 chairs total." So, I ordered quantity of 2 and was charged twice the listed price. When I received the chairs, there were only 2 total. I contacted customer service and they told me that the Customer Care answer on the website was not actually from a Bellacor Customer Care person. I suggested they should take that information off their site because it is very misleading. I still needed 2 more chairs, so I decided to order 2 more, using a 20% off coupon they had emailed me. When I attempted to use it, it would not allow it. When I contacted Bellacor again, she stated she would contact the buyer rep and get back to me. She emailed me back and stated that the price of the chairs was wrong and they had increased them from $420 for the pair to $700!! She said they would "honor" the $420 price for me, but I could not use coupon and the chairs are actually $700 now. Oh, no thank you...found them cheaper elsewhere. I will not be purchasing from them again when there are similar companies out there with better customer service."

Inadequate description

"Ceiling fan did not reverse. Learned this after installation. Non-returns after installation. I need a reversible fan. I was told by customer service that I should have viewed the manufacturers web site. Really???"

"I have purchased several fixtures to date for my new construction and have been very pleased with both the product and service. I had to return two fixtures and Bellacor made that process fast and easy. I can highly recommend Bellacor. "

Terrible Customer Service

"You can review my transcript on 7/16/2017 at 12:50:54 PM with Angela. You'll see I purchased 2 shaped mirrors as I wasn't sure which shape I needed. When I asked about exchanging them, I was told you didn't do exchanges that I'd need to return and make a 2nd purchase. I asked if the $20 return shipping could be waived. I was told no even though I'd be purchasing another mirror. While we we 'chatting" I searched the mirror and found the exact model on another site. As you will see from the transcript, I let Angela know she was going to lose my future business over $20. I have already purchased the mirror on another site. In addition to this mirror, I also purchased a 3rd mirror, a towel rack and 8 drawer pulls - spending $664.03 on the other site. As I've thought about it, I've decided I'm going to return the 2nd mirror to you as well. I'll eat another $20 for return shipping and order it from the other site giving them another $300. I'd prefer not to give any business to Bellacor. Because I am in sales and know every sale is important, I'm providing you feedback. I'd recommend when a client asks for $20 to be waived, perhaps a supervisor consult a manager. As you will see from the transcript, I tried to prevent this mess. I'm sure you are cringing when you read this and hopefully you can avoid this happening again in the future.

VERY Disappointed!!

"I purchased this item on 7/14/2017 and received an email yesterday saying the seller cancelled my order due to not being able to ship by 7/19/17...I cannot find this item anywhere else and was looking forward to receiving my purchase. I will not be buying anything else from this site. "

Terrible

"Ordered a mirror 6/15/17, said there were 10+ in stock. Received my confirmation email right away, a day or 2 later got an expected ship day of 7/10/17, so I called they said it was back ordered...ok. July 10 rolls around and no shipping email, called was told it would ship out 7/11 and 2-3 days for transit time I'd have it by end of week. Called 7/12 bc still no shipping #, was told it would ship out 7/14, by 7/15 still no shipping #, called 7/15 and was told the item is out of stock until 8/1!!! Even though when I go look at the item on the Bellscor website it still says 10+ in stock? I don't know if this place is a scam or what the deal is (bc they charge your card at the time of order not when it ships, so we'll see how long it takes to get my refund...it takes 24-48 hours to talk to a manager??), but I would not recommend ordering from them!!!"

Bellacor doesn't care one bit about your order

"Placed an order for a small console. Took TEN days to even ship out. Bellacor would do absolutely nothing to expedite the delivery despite the slow shipping date on their end, didn't bother to apologize, and was completely flip about the slow service. I asked to speak with a supervisor, which they can't even manage to do (it takes 1-2 days for them to call you back). I was put on hold and nobody ever came back. This is nothing but a drop-ship house with ZERO customer service. Don't waste your time and money with them."

Great customer service

"Out of all the online shopping, Bellacor was the only website who actually had the item and was able to deliver as scheduled. I had this same item on back order since Jan 5th at another online website and they couldn't make good on the item being delivered. Thank you Bellacor!!!!!"

" It is very easy to navigate the website and select the appropriate options in order to whittle down the number of items they carry to what you are really looking for . Anytime I have needed to contact your customer service line the customer service representative has been very helpful records all and very polite. They are knowledgeable on the product that is carried on the website ."

Love my faucets!

"Wanted some vintage looking faucets that weren't too vintage. I spent hours comparing all of them too. These fit the bill and were at a good price. They are absolutely gorgeous and look like the faucets that cost $600-800 at other stores. "
