"I’ve been online shopping a long time. Sometimes a shipment got delayed. No big deal. Occasionally a customer service wasn’t all that friendly or organized. Also, not a huge deal. These are things we all come to expect when shopping online. However, Bellacor takes the cake for the truly worst, disgraceful, mismanaged, **** show of an online shopping experience. The customer service rep just simply didn’t care. They were rude. They sent out multiple emails with different order numbers. One day they say my item has shipped - the next day - they can’t find it and say they need to call me back. Of course they never did. The shipment still has not come and it has been days calling them and getting no coherent response.Who the hell is running this dumpster fire? All I have to date is an expensive headache. This company should be ashamed and It’s a miracle they are still in business. I’m calling the better business bureau tomorrow to report them. Do yourself a favor and find whatever you’re looking for on another website! "

"I ordered a piece from Bellacor **** furniture in July 2018 never got it third party delivery canceled 3 times. After a month trying to deliver I cancel order in August 2018 we are already October 2018 and have yet to see my money back. The only time rep called me was because I cancelled and haven’t heard back from them if not me calling. I should have take the number at the time. Customer service has a veil which you cannot get thru from finance reimbursement have been calling numerous times. With reps saying same thing you’ll get reimbursed and you’ll get a email. Till know no email or reimbursement. What to do if you can’t get thru only to front line seems I got run around to long. Reps seem to laugh at you. I will pursue complaints. Don’t want this to happen to anyone else that hard earned money"
"Bellacor...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
We ordered a rug that was supposed to ship within two weeks. We then received notice that the rug was on backorder and would ship at the earliest Nov 24th of this year. Other websites where I found the same rug are saying January 2019 before it would ship.
Fast forward to today., we found a rug that we both like so we called Bellacor today to cancel the rug that we ordered.
The customer service rep BEN, and I use that title very loosely l, told us that he could ATTEMPT to cancel the rug but couldn’t GUARANTEE it. I asked what he meant by “he couldn’t guarantee it” and he went off on me. Gary nor I could believe this mans attitude.
I asked to speak his supervisor and he exclaimed that he was the F—-ing supervisor with that I asked for his name or operator ID so that I could report him to his supervisor and he told me it wasn’t any of my business.
I then asked him if he couldn’t cancel the rug could we return it or refuse it if and when it ever ships and he said yes. I tried to explain to him that it would be so much less work
for everyone if he would just cancel the order but he once again said he “COULDN’T GUARANTEE IT”
So tomorrow will be an interesting day trying to get in touch with a responsible party at Bellacor...trust me, they will never see another cent of our money!"
"So I ordered pendant lights on Amazon that were through Bellacor. The lights came and were quite a bit larger than the description (including a rendering with measurements ) so they had to be returned. It has been quite problematic getting these things back to the company and Amazon seems to be washing their hands of this which is unlike Amazon. Painstaking return process. Believe the bad reviews here and on Amazon and on Google. They are getting bad reviews for a good reason. "

i ordered a chandelier and i immediately cancelled and after a week they sent it out and i refused delivery and after 2 weeks the item was sent back i got partial refund ,
it turns out they deducted 22.74 for shipping even though it wasn't my fault but they say they cant cancel so overall compared to all other major company's i usually buy stuff and never leave a review because they are so decent this time i had to leave a review because when i am asking a simple question why i was charged they like scream it clearly says on our website. so overall lesson learned i will check going forward company's like that before i buy so should you !!!!
and i will never buy again from this company.....

Driver refused to bring this very heavy table into the house, said delivering into the garage counted as a full delivery. Table was delivered standing on one end rather that flat and could have been damaged in that condition. "

Waited the month and a half and called the week before it was supposed to be delivered and they said it was shipping out next tuesday. Two days after it was supposed to be shipped they sent an email saying it was backordered until October. "

"The chandelier is gorgeous and exactly what we envisioned.
The crazy part to this adventure is....a $3200.00 - 21 light - 195 pound fixture found its way out of the back of my husbands truck on a 4 lane highway.
After realizing the huge box was gone, he turned around. Knowing this chandelier was in a million pieces he loaded the box back up with 2 men that stopped to help. Box in safe place in the house....he begins the daunting task of starting the unpacking. Every step of the way knowing it was broke, shattered, bent ….destroyed. Folks.....THE CHANDILER WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE. Not one, not a single scratch, bend, cracked misplaced globe, crystal, arm......NOTHING WAS OT OF PLACE. It is still perfect. Being hung today as I type this. The packaging on this light fixture was worth the $3200.00 we paid for the light we wanted. The 2 men that helped load the light, said it looked like a tumbleweed coming out of the back of the truck. So at this point it has a name..." Tumbleweed" and a forever story. It will certainly be one of the main attractions in our new home. Thanks Bellacor…….we will continue purchasing from you. Ohh and we received the light much sooner than the ETA date, which was great.....
