"I’ve been trying to return 2 throw pillows that I received from Bellacor two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a proper shipping label and their customer service is a joke! When I called the reps have the worst attitudes and say that it will take two days for a supervisor to call me back. I went to the UPS store and was quoted $60 to ship the item back I refuse to pay that and Bellecour says I should not have to but they won’t seem to offer me a shipping label. I don’t understand what the holdup is and I feel like this company is a scam. Long wait times to get a hold of customer service and then **** attitude when you do reach them they are absolutely no help whatsoever. There wouldn’t even be an issue if the product came as pictured and described I ordered two ivory pillows which showed up and were a yellowish tan color and nowhere close to white or ivory."

"If you are in need to return an item make sure you allow yourself more than 21 days to possibly get your money back. The Bellacor.com policy states refunds issued within 10 business days, however they fail to state that they wait until the evening of the 10th business day to process a credit the then it takes an additional 3-5 business days to credit your bank account I contacted customer service and they told me there is one person working that is able to process refunds. There only response was that I need to wait until she gets to it. It will now take 21 days to get my money back and I have yet to see my account credited. Never shopping with this .com company again!"

"I had been to all the lighting stores in about a 15 mile radius of my home in Pittsburgh, PA and had no luck finding lighting for my kitchen (chandelier and semi-flush light) that was stylish and affordable. I looked online at Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, etc... but Bellacor had the best selections, all reasonably-priced. When I wasn't sure about size, the instant chat was perfect and the customer service was spot on. I had already booked an electrician and luckily the shipping (free!) was speedy!
