"From start to finish, my experience with this company was awful. Getting a response from them to an inquiry about the dimensions of a product took almost a week and several phone calls. They blamed this on "the manufacturer." I then ordered the product and the dimensions turned out to be incorrect. This was again blamed on "the manufacturer." I requested a return, which then took almost 2 weeks and several phone calls to procure. Throughout the process, they NEVER got back to me--it was always me reaching out to them. They NEVER met the deadlines they promised about getting back to me and getting my issue resolved. I will never shop at Bellacor again."

Bellacor has quality products, consistant in providing additional product information, good sales, great FAST shipping and up to date communication on when it leaves to when it arrives.
I had to return an item (due to MY error in design and judgement) and found it to be EASY...label and everything provided.
I recommend "try it...you'll love it" to all who are timid about online shopping!

"Was with Liza to start with and now with Samantha. Both are astute and helpful women.It has been easy to order, recieve, & return products. Love the products. However I miss read or it didn’t say about one being plastic and the other resin. I’m going to recheck on that. I think the way you advertise to the trades and becoming a client is loss leader in regards to 15 percent off your first order. I did not get that . I will be addressing that once I get my Lake House project completed. "
