"I placed an order in October of 2020. It is now March of 2021 and I have never received my package. I knew there would be shipping delays with everything going on in the world, so I reached out to customer service around the end of December and waited patiently. They never responded, so in January I contacted them again. First they assured me they would re-ship my order, then they said they no longer have those items and that I could select items of the same value or get a refund. I requested a refund. Then they said they could not refund what I paid for shipping. I told them it's ridiculous that they can't give me a full refund, but I still want a refund. They just responded that they can't refund the shipping cost. I emailed them again telling them I wanted the refund they offered me. They did not respond. I emailed again about a week later requesting my refund again. Now they are saying that they cannot give me any kind of refund at all and that my only option is to attempt to choose other items of equal or lesser value. This company's customer service practices are ridiculous. And all of these interactions had to be done via email because they have no customer service phone number that I could find. I didn't even know they were based out of China until I tried to track my package."
