"I bought 13 items to get free shipping which was a total of $120. It took a long time to receive. I ordered 4 bathing suits. The bottoms were too small and the top seemed to big around the waste but small in the ****. The American flag glitter bathing suits WERE NOT ACTUAL GLITTER. It was just a pattern. The tie dye overall shorts and a dress were very thin material. Not expected and definitely not worth the money spent. I tried returning and it takes them a while to respond. You get one message a day with them asking for pictures and codes. Then they try to tell me they can give me a discount on my next purchase. I tell them no I want to return. So then they tell me I have to pay to ship back (which I assumed) and then they tell me they will take part of the refund out for them sending the package to me in the beginning. I asked them to show me where it said that in the return policy and now they are telling me they can only refund me 15% of the items. Do not buy if you plan to return.
Also, I have been getting messages daily about taking these bad reviews down. They only offered me a $30 refund."

"I ordered 11 items that cost me over $200. Only 4 correct items and I have no idea where the other 7 random items came from or why they even sent them to me. It's unfortunate that these people have this fake website with items that do not even exist, as my package was filled with a bunch of random JUNK that I would never buy. I basically just donated over $200 to this person because I didn't get half of what I paid for and there is NO RETURN POLICY. A legitimate retailer would include a printed receipt in your package with return policy instructions. They don't even have a return address on their website and they use a hotmail email address. This site is a scam. Save your money, You've been warned."

"I paid for three different swimsuits, I have tried getting a hold of this company several times they refused to speak to me on the phone, when I’ve questioned them about where my product is that I paid for they tell me that the only thing I’m allowed to do is contact the Postal Service because they sent it, and it’s not their problem anymore.. I am reporting this company for fraud, I have filed a fraudulent purchase through my bank, because when I spoke to the Postal Service, they said I was sent a letter as a package not what I was actually supposed to receive!!! so basically I paid $100 for a piece of paper that I might have just thrown away thinking it was junk mail.. according to Bellelily that piece of paper was my swimsuits I ordered!! I don’t believe this company is legitimate, their reviews are falsified I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company ever!! "

"I measured myself using there guide. Said I was a size XL. I spent 130$ and received items that are way to big. When I contacted them for a refund they said ut was to expensive to take items back. After a week and half of going back and forth, all I get is a 30% refund. I can’t wear anything I bought and now I’m out 100$. Complete scam! Do not order from them! "

"Absolutely abysmal customer service experience. Needed to return a hat and customer service started "helping" me by haggling about what the refund amount would be instead of giving my options first. They lead with the assumption returning the item would be too expensive and offering me a 15% refund. Emails were exchanged a minimum of 6 times before they admitted they could offer a 40% refund or I could send the item back to China but the address needs to be very specific and insurance needs to be put o the item. When I accepted the refund but let them know I would not be able to write a good review as my experience was poor - they offered me another 10% refund. Basically admitting they were keeping the truth from me from the jump.
My advice - only purchase products based on your exact measurements and be prepared to only accept a partial refund as it is insane to expect products to be shipped back to China on the expense of the purchaser."

"Nothing fits, has the described quality or pattern as pictures or described. The website clearly stated I can return for a full refund if in original packaging, unworn and tagged. When I received my item there was an address on the label titled "send all returns to:" with a US address - but that bag was mistakenly thrown out. I went through all the motions to request a return over the span of 2 + weeks and I am getting the shaft from this company. They take their time requesting pictures - which i send. Then they only offer me a partial refund. Now they offer for me to send back to China on my dime for postage. But the very best part: ALL OF MY EMAILS TO THEM ARE GETTING RETURNED (from 2 separate email addresses) because they mark me as SPAM! I am unable to reply back to their emails without it getting kicked back. I send as a new message - it gets kicked back. I send from another email address with the prior correspondence attached and I get one reply (without an acceptable solution) and then I AM MARKED AS SPAM AGAIN. This is a joke. I want to return these in the US as stated on their website. Nothing has even been TRIED ON - that is how misrepresented these sizes are - and I've done everything right! Please see attached for examples of the BS correspondence from this company and all of my BLOCKED attempts at resolving this.
I am CLEARLY not the only one this company jacks around. They are bad behavior and scammers! The return label had a US return address on the label! It stated in order to return that it needed to be approved by contacting their customer service! Their customer service has played this game for over a month! I cannot wear any of these items of clothing! I am a size M and wear a M-L because I do not want things to be too tight - I wanted a baggy look in some of the items ordered and I ordered WAY UP in size and they DO NOT EVEN FIT ME AS THEY ARE TOO SMALL! I even ordered 2XL items! The material is cheap, the colors off and the return policy is bull crap! Please please help me! This is not fair and I checked with USPS and it would cost me $263 to send back these UNWORN, UNOPENED items that I tried to return in the first 2 days of receiving! I am playing by all of the rules and I was scammed and mislead by the advertising of their products in quality, size, color and return policy! I do not want a partial refund, I want to return these items for a FULL refund to the address on the label that I so very much so wish my husband did not mistakenly throw out! This company is unethical and I feel like my purchase is not protected even with PayPal if I still need to prove otherwise! And a side note - all of my correspondence through email with them is STILL marked as spam and all get bounced back to me - as Bellelily immediately emailed me when I opened this claim and asked for me to close this claim and accept store credit for a partial amount... Funny how it took them weeks to respond prior but as soon as I opened a Pay Pal claim against them they responded within 2 hours. Please let me know if you need any other proof of correspondence or pictures of what I did receive vs what I should have! Thank you for your time!"

"The cloth is of higher quality than I had expected. It's a little thicker than I expected, and it's not see-through. I purchased two of them, one in green in the Large size and the other in red in the Medium size. They're both quite flattering to me. The red is more comfortable to wear than the green, although this is because to their varied sizes. I wore it as an outfit since it's finer than I expected. This is something I'm sure I'll be wearing a lot around the house this summer. This purchase has made me happy."
