"Found what looked like the cutest sandals on Bellelily. When they (finally) arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures. I was totally shocked by the incredibly cheap materials they used, considering the price they charged. Besides that, they were damaged & basically falling apart in the package It was the most ridiculous, outrageous experience! I wish I could say I'm exaggerating. So I immediately contacted customer support to return them for a refund (as they have a 7 day return policy)... After waiting 4 days and getting no response, I reached out again. Two days after my second attempt, I received a response informing me they couldn't open the pictures I attached & needed me to resend them. I did so immediately. Had to email them several more times over the next week, as they still didn't respond. When they finally did, they told me I should just keep the sandals because I would end up paying more to ship them back than I did for the sandals in the first place. (They were $27). They offered me a discount on my next order from their website.
...As if I would ever buy another thing from them after this?! No...I do not accept a discount on a future order that's never going to happen. I will continue to email everyday until they gimme my refund & take these fake, ugly sandals back... & make sure nobody I know shops @ ScamLily.

"HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a handful of items--SUPER CHEAP stuff. Didn't look like the pictures AT ALL. I asked them if I could send it back--NOPE! It apparently costs more to send back as their shipping is out of China. I requested a full refund and they keep offering me 10% off my next order instead. Why would I want 10% off my next order when I'll never be ordering from them again? Been back and forth with them about 5-6 times and it's getting nowhere. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

"Worst Shipping Process & Poor quality! I placed my order back in March 2 days after I placed order I received confirmation package was shipped. Come May still no package so I emailed them and said it was on it’s way. Middle of May still no package I emailed again and they apologized and assured it was in its way.
