"Are you kidding??!!!! A full year's use out of an ear plug that costs LESS THAN TWO DOLLARS PER PAIR is outrageously good value. They also pretty clearly advertise that each pair is good for 35-60 uses on their website: http://www.earplugsonline.com/aboutus.html
At least in my own opinion, this is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Customer service and fast shipping was very nice, but the quality of their product is unrivaled, which is what really keeps me coming back. They sell what in my opinion (and the opinion of those who rate noise reduction products apparently) is the most effective ear plug in the whole world, and it's way more comfortable than any other product I've ever used. I highly, highly recommend it. The only thing I'd ask is that they expand their distribution and sell their product at someplace other than www.earplugsonline.com.
I guess no matter how good your product is and how good the value you provide is, there's always going to be some disappointed person out there who doesn't read and demands more than a year's use out of a product that cost $1.95. Unbelievable to me. This company is fantastic.
