"These earplugs are the best.
I work on a seagoing working barge where there is lots of noise day and night.
Before i was getting around 4 hours of broken sleep per night.
Now i enjoy a comfortable sleep of around 8 hours solid.
Due to being able to hear yourself breathing they do take a few nights to get used to.
I would certainly reccomend them for anyone with sleeping problems.
All in all a great product.

"I live in the center of the city of Toronto on a major street. The greater Toronto area has a population of over 8 million people. The noise of the city even during the night is beyond belief. Sirens at night; drunk people leaving local bars; traffic and even a huge grocery chain store right next to me that has delivery trucks all night long.
