Best customer service I've ever experienced

"I've been buying my cameras, lenses, and accessories from Berger-Bros.com (Brad Berger) for 17 years. In that time I have experienced only the best customer service, with real concern for my needs. At times Brad has taken a critical order placed late in the day directly to the UPS shipping center to get the shipment off quickly. He gives his personal cell phone number to his customers so they can contact him directly with needs and questions. I know this because I am admin for a large photography group and many of our members use Berger-Bros because of the superior customer service. "

THE BEST CREDIT FIX

"I contacted H A C K M A V E N S C R E D I T S P E C I A L I S T a few days ago through text and surprisingly they are carrying out an actual credit fix, my score was raised from 514 to 765 excellent score within 5days and all repossession, derogatory, and inquiries were deleted from my report! World Class Customer Service

"Berger Brothers Camera and Video has outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased a Nikon Z lens from them. This was a last-minute purchase for a winter photo trip to Yellowstone National Park. I contacted Brad (owner of Berger Brothers) Thursday afternoon and purchased the lens. Brad committed to have the lens shipped to my hotel in Bozeman, MT for arrival the following day, Friday since I was flying to Bozeman early Friday morning. Brad aggressively track the shipment to assure that I received the lens as he had promised.

Berger Brothers Camera and Video has competitive prices and world class customer service. I highly recommend them.

The Highest Echelon of Customer Service

"I am a West Virginia resident and have been on the hunt for a new Nikon Z8 with no luck. I stumbled upon Berger Bros. Camera through both a Google and Facebook search in hopes that they may have what I was looking for in stock. I spoke to Brad, President, Berger Bros., and told him that I had been searching for quite some time and also that, if at all possible, to get an order in before my wife and I leave to go on vacation. “Let me see what I can do for you,” he said. Long story short, Brad put all of his effort into making sure that my camera order was filled, shipped before my wife and I leave for vacation, and that I received eligible rebates from Nikon for accessories that I purchased in tandem with the Z8. Berger Bros. Camera plays second fiddle to nobody and I for sure will be a returning customer, regardless of where my home is."

Amazing service, obtain very difficult to find item!!

"Where to begin with my amazing experience with Berger Bros!!! Because of the supply chain issues during 2021, my multiple orders for a Canon twin flash 26EXRT have been backordered for over 9 months. With the spring approaching and macro photography on my mind, I began searching again. I found other companies, gray market, selling them for almost double retail for used and "open box" version (you know who you are!) doing their typical profiteering. I get supply and demand, for sure, but c'mon already! B&H told me my backorder had no potential arrival date as did another company. I found Berger Bros and placed an order. I emailed to check on the status and Brad responded quickly that it was not in stock but he was confident he could get it. A few weeks later and a couple text exchanges and he wrote to let me know it arrived! He even rapidly sent it overnight late in the day to arrive before a trip I just took and it landed on my doorstep the next day. This is my first experience with Berger Bros but they will be on my short list of places to reach out to for future purchases. Thanks, Brad and all at Berger Bros for a great experience and epic procurement of a very hard to find item!"

Shopping At Berger Bros

"There are a lot of retailers in this country where you can purchase photographic products and accessories.  Big box stores, out-of-state and online stores.  They all can sell you the same products.  However, that is where the commonality ends.  All too often if you need professional, detailed information about a higher end product or accessories many of those establishments fail to have real experienced personnel to properly guide you.  That is where Berger Bros Camera separates itself from the rest.  They can provide you with right answers and provide professional advice from the very beginning to after the sale is over.  You don't get the non-answers that you typically get during chat sessions with other companies which to me are of no value.  Having this kind of professional service and personal care to me is most important to me when purchasing photographic equipment.

Burger Bros professional guidance can also save you a lot of time and money by not having to experiment with the purchase of a lot of accessories until you find one that works for your setup.  After the sale Berger Bros doesn't forget you either as they offer many "Free" and continued professional advice and service.

 So yes, I highly recommend Berger Bros for your photographic needs.  Shopping at Berger Bros reminds me of the good old days when buying camera equipment from local photographic stores where personal attention, satisfaction, and professionalism was number one on their list in taking care of the customer.   Give them a try.  You won't be sorry.

"In the day and age we live in, where it seems communication between customers and retailers is increasingly difficult, I was blown away by Brad Berger's response to my rudely worded complaint, which was later proven totally off base.

He personally contacted me early the next day and explained the situation in great detail, which, once I saw it from his perspective, is totally understandable... and I felt terrible. I had to tuck my tail, admit I was wrong, and apologize. Brad was honest, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole ordeal.

I was dead wrong and since then Brad has gone the extra mile to aid me in my decisions regarding my photographic equipment. Our conversations have been excellent, professional, and informative. You will get the truth, which even if it isn't what I want to hear, it's what I need to hear.

I couldn't be happier with Berger Bros., especially considering the service I've received from other retailers lately.

Support these guys, they deserve it, they care, the owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and REACHABLE. Brad didn't hide behind a website and customer service reps making it impossible to contact him. He reached out to me. WHAT A SHOCK IT WAS!! I was reminded of the days when when you actually built a relationship with retailers, as I have with Berger Bros.

This is how business is supposed to be done. This is how you establish a relationship built on trust, and the service and excellent communication I've received was what I had looking for and was becoming frustrated as I thought it no longer existed. I am now a loyal customer and I know I'm not merely a number to Berger Bros.

Buy without hesitation!!! Support a family business that cares, and you'll remember what it feels like to be respected as a customer again.

I would give 10 stars if I could.

"As both a professional and advanced hobbyist photographer, I have been purchasing camera equipment for over 30 years. Initially, B&H and Adorama were my primary sources. One day I was in need of various camera gear, but more importantly personalized service. Since it was so long ago I don't recall how I got hooked up with Brad Berger, but the level of attention he provided reshaped my entire view of what a supplier should be. That experience hooked me on Berger Bros and they have been my primary supplier ever since. One additional key factor keeps playing a very influential role in my relationship with them is that their commitment to integrity. Essentially, I have a very high trust in their word, which in my book is everything, even more that the product I am purchasing. "Forget the big discount houses for camera gear, this is the place to shop for all your photography equipment. The staff are personable, knowledgeable and helpful, and if they don't have something on hand they will get it for you immediately, without the usual begging and pleading and additional costs.
When I needed to get the new Canon 200-400 lens, the most difficult piece of photographic equipment to locate these days, they quickly were able to accommodate my request.
I have dealt with Berger Brothers Camera for all my professional photographic equipment for several years. Their pricing is competitive with any brick and mortar operation, and their after care service is better than any other operation, bar none.
They have an amazing inventory of equipment and accessories between their two stores, which gives everyone the opportunity to get their hands on the product prior to purchase, an often overlooked advantage when you are unsure of which model best suits your needs.
Whether it be entry level or professional, before you purchase any camera equipment or accessories, do yourself a favor and contact Berger Brothers first.

"I was in market for a Canon 6D or Nikon D600. So I searched for Camera store in Long Island and came across Berger Bros..Interesting their price was competitive and when I checked here on reselleratings they had all five stars from every customer who had experience with them. So I decided to give them a try. I have to say it has been a pleasure dealing with them. In these days we do business online and wait for the mail man or Fedex/UPS to deliver our stuff I have almost forgotten how to shop in a real store. They helped me through the choosing process. Competitive pricing, and great great customer service whether in person or online.
I will recommend them anyone and will go back there. It has become habit that if I need anything related to camera or photography I will ask them and only if it is not available with them (which is rare because they will get it for you) I will ask somewhere else,

"I ordered an M 240 from Lisa in November last year and throughout those five months waiting for the camera she and Brad were patient with my impatience. I have never bought an item from Berger Brothers, but decided after reading the customer reviews that I would rather deal with a small shop that emphasizes customer service and individual attention over a big box store. I know now that I made the right decision. Brad even shipped the camera overnight UPS; I had asked for a three day shipment. That's going the extra mile. If you're looking for Leica gear give this shop an opportunity to serve you. They won't disappoint."

"My transaction started with an email from Berger Brothers, listing in stock a scarce lens which had been on my want list for years. I immediately placed on order online at their web site. I am used to the anonymity of the online buying process, so I was surprised to receive a call from Brad Berger, the president of the company, just a few hours after I placed my order. Brad was extremely helpful in reviewing possible accessories (including one I needed but had forgotten to order), and in telling me the shipping options. We worked out a shipping schedule which would get the lens to my house at a time when I could be home to receive it. After the lens was shipped, Brad checked with me frequently by email until the lens arrived (on schedule). A few days later he emailed me and asked if I had gotten any good pictures with it yet! The whole transaction made me feel confident about buying expensive equipment there. I feel sure that if there had been any problem with the lens (there wasn't), Brad would done whatever was needed to resolve it. The last time I had personal service at this level was when I was growing up in a small Oklahoma town 50 years ago! From now on Berger Brothers will be my first stop when I am shopping for photo equipment. "
