"I bought and HDMI to Lighting cable which arrived with a note saying it does not support most all streaming and cannot be connected to a TV. The number for customer services is out of service and the Contact Us webpage comes up as 'Can't be Found'. They also did not respond to my email. Looks like a scam "

"EXTREMELY SATISFIED! BestBuyCable is the way all online stores should be! I ordered 3 cables, including an HDMI-HDMI HDTV cable at a great price. When one other item was backordered they left a voice message with a toll free number to verify the B-O was OK. I got plenty of email notices acknowledging the order and shipping with a tracking number. The order arrived in only 3 days! One item had the wrong thing in bubble pack, obviously it was packaged wrong at the factory overseas. Then upon the install my new HD cable DVR, I found I needed an HDMI-DVI cable instead. I had ordered the wrong item. When I called toll free to ask if I can do an exchange, the telephone rep was extremely pleasant and issued an RMA for the two items with no hassle. They will credit my card for the difference in cost. She said there would be no shipping charge for the backordered cable. I'll be back to BestBuyCables the next time I need cables!"
